The noise generated by rolling bearing during operation is a complicated problem, one of the important reasons is the wear of the bearing inner and outer ring matching surface. This wear can lead to the breakdown of the fit between the bearing and the bearing seat and between the bearing and the shaft, which causes the shaft to deviate from the correct position and produces abnormal noise at high speed. In addition, bearing fatigue, insufficient lubrication, dry friction and bearing breakage will also produce abnormal noise. The cause of noise produced by rolling bearing

Wear of the bearing inner and outer ring matching surface: This wear will lead to the destruction of the match between the bearing and the bearing seat and between the bearing and the shaft, so that the shaft deviates from the correct position, and abnormal noise is generated during high-speed movement.

Bearing fatigue: When the bearing is tired, the surface metal stripping will increase the radial clearance of the bearing, which will produce abnormal noise.

Insufficient lubrication: The lack of sufficient lubrication of the bearing will lead to dry friction, resulting in abnormal noise.

Bearing fracture: The fracture inside the bearing will also produce abnormal noise.

Precautions for daily use

Riveting parts in the harvester: such as moving blade assembly, rivets, etc., are generally manufactured by cold extrusion. Riveting should not be heated, because heating will reduce the strength of the material. After riveting, a forming punch should be used to strengthen the firmness of the blade and handle.

Easy to wear parts: especially shafts, presses, bushings and gaskets, in the maintenance process should not be free to add additional grease. The long-term use of worn parts will shorten the service life of other mechanical parts.

Repair of various shafts of non-balancing machines: a thrust bearing can be installed on one end of the shaft, clamped on the three claws of the lathe, and a center can be used on the other end. If the lathe is short, the bearing mounted on the other end of the shaft can be clamped using a center frame until it is balanced. When balancing, try to use screws to tighten, and try to avoid using welding to achieve balance.

Selection of bearing materials in maintenance: Due to the variety of bearing material models and procurement difficulties, waste shafts can be considered for processing. In China, most number axes are made of 45 carbon steel. If quenching and tempering is required, under limited conditions, oxygen or earth furnaces can be used to heat the required part to red, medium red, black, and place it in salt water as needed.

Processing sleeve parts: try to tighten the oil groove in the sleeve hole. It is very difficult to refuel some parts of the harvester. In addition to nylon sleeves, butter and heavy oil can be used in areas where refueling is difficult. Nylon sleeve can withstand a certain impact without deformation, so do not use cast iron, copper, aluminum and other materials instead of nylon sleeve.

The repair of the keys and keyways on the pulley and shaft: the dimensions should be guaranteed. Do not increase the size of the key, otherwise it will affect the strength of the shaft. The keyway on the shaft can be repaired with solder and milled in the opposite direction to the old keyway. The keyway on the pulley can be fitted with a sleeve (transition fit). After installation, insert the key into the socket with countersunk screws and tighten it.

Maintenance of the hydraulic part of the harvester: involves removing the distributor and flow reducing valve, and pressurizing various pipe fittings with an air pump. During secondary loading, the hydraulic oil should be filtered and discharged. The maintenance of the hydraulic assembly mainly involves the sealing parts, which should be replaced with new ones after disassembly.
